Aggiungete la carne legata con 2 spicchi d\u2018aglio e fatela rosolare da tutti i lati. Lavorate il composto prima con una forchetta, poi continuate con le mani fino a formare un impasto omogeneo. Tirate la pasta.  Realizzate una sfoglia piuttosto sottile e disponete al centro delle strisce dei piccoli mucchietti di ripieno distanziati uno dall\u2019altro di circa 2,5 cm. Richiudete la striscia dal lato lungo e schiacciate leggermente la pasta intorno al ripieno per fare in modo che l\u2019aria fuoriesca.
