Pour in the milk, grated Grana Padano and combine well, add the beaten egg whites and stir until the mixture is creamy and evenly blended.
Heat a non-stick frying pan with a pat of butter, pour in a ladleful of the mixture and cook the pancake for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Repeat to make 8-10 pancakes
Arrange the pancakes on a plate, topped with fresh fruit, and serve with maple syrup.
