    Rose Lemon Spritzer and Bread Canapés with Bresaola, Rocket, Lemon and Shavings of Grana Padano

    Ingredients

    4 slices homemade bread
    80 g bresaola
    50 g Grana Padano
    rocket
    1 lemon
    extra virgin olive oil
    pepper

    Preparation

    STEP 1

    Cut the bread slices in half and toast in the oven for a few minutes.
    Put a few rocket leaves, shavings of Grana Padano and a slice of bresaola on each slice.
    Dress with lemon juice, a drizzle of olive oil and freshly ground pepper.

    ROSE LEMON SPRITZER

    Ingredients

    500 ml grapefruit juice,
    200 ml lemon-flavoured tonic water,
    edible flowers,
    1 tablespoon honey,
    ice cubes.

    Preparation

    Fill the glass with ice, pour in grapefruit juice, honey and tonic water, stir with a straw and serve garnished with edible flowers.
