    Skewers of melon, blueberries mint and Grana Padano grilled rinds

    Ingredients

    200 g Grana Padano rinds
    1 melon
    100 g blueberries
    1 small bunch fresh mint.

    Preparation

    STEP 1

    Carefully grate and brush the outer side of the rinds, then place them in a bowl and soak in cold water for at least 12 hours.

    STEP 2

    Drain and dry the rinds, cut them into cubes of about 2 cm and grill on all sides until golden.

    STEP 3

    Cut the melon into chunks and prepare the skewers alternating cubes of Grana Padano, blueberries, mint leaves and the melon cubes.
