Preheat the oven to 180°C and place the bread slices on a baking tray and bake for about 8-10 minutes, until crispy.
In a bowl, knead the ricotta cheese with the grated Grana Padano PDO until creamy and smooth. Spread the ricotta and Grana Padano cream on the toasted bread slices.
Add walnuts and top with a drizzle of honey. If you like, add a pinch of black pepper, paprika or your favourite spice.
Arrange the bread on a serving plate and serve.
